Full Description

The Government anticipates building an acquisition strategy for SEIC II as a continuation of the overall strategy for Mission Planning (MP) to deliver exceptional products to the Mission Planning Enterprise (MPE). The SEIC II contractor will be capable of providing horizontal integration across all Department of Defense (DoD) mission planning system programs to develop a family of scalable, extensible and configurable planning systems to meet a full range of automated mission planning needs. SEIC II significantly contributes to system requirements, architecture and design, product line evolution, engineering management, configuration management, security, technology insertion and testing. There will be hundreds of different software products (engineering releases to final/Formal Qualification Tested releases) during the duration of the contract that will involve organic developers and various Mission Planning Enterprise Contract (MPEC) delivery orders, which require the ability of the SEIC II contractor to work effectively with government as well as our MPEC contractors.
