The period of performance is anticipated to be March 2019 to March 2024 for the basic 5 year ordering period with 6 month extension if required. This requirement will be a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman. All Government requirements have been identified and can be referenced in the CLINs listed above. Requirements consist of the following: T-38/ F5: Engineering Services. Finite Element modeling (FEM) Reliability, Maintainability, and Support (RM&S) Individual Aircraft Tracking Program (IATP) Delivery schedule: TBD on each Delivery Order. Duration of the contract period: The base ordering period for this contract will be five years from contract award, estimated as March 2019 to March 2024, An additional one year for delivery is allowed for a total period of performance of 72 months. Solicitation Procedures: A Sole Source Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 15 procedures will be used to award this contract. Release of the RFP should be issued on 1 October 2018 and closed on 15 December 2018. Foreign contractors are not allowed to participate in this contract.
