T-7A Conference Hoteling

The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, AFLCMC/WNB, is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing Conference Hoteling Services in support of the T-7A Red Hawk System, with services to be performed within the Continental United States under a schedule of 12 hours per day, Monday through Friday, and up to an additional 48 hours per month for ad hoc weekend or overnight support with one week’s notice. Respondents must demonstrate in-depth subject matter expertise across all 15 core T-7A systems including avionics, engine and fire protection, electrical, escape systems, secondary power, flight controls, airframe and canopy, environmental control, fuel, hydraulics, landing gear, brakes, oxygen systems, propulsion, and warning/caution/advisory messages. All providers must comply with Air Force Instruction 11-418 and its Air Education and Training Command supplement, and be prepared to access and utilize critical technical data such as engineering drawings, analyses, test reports, parts lists, and technical orders. Contractors must ensure their personnel and facilities maintain security clearances up to the Secret level and are registered in the System for Award Management with the appropriate NAICS code 541330 listed. Participation is open to all business sizes, with small businesses encouraged to respond, and those submitting as small business primes must articulate how they will meet the 50 percent performance requirement under FAR 52.219-14, including detailed teaming or subcontracting plans with evidence of prior collaboration. All responses must include the company’s business size classification, socioeconomic certifications, and SAM registration confirmation. This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation, meaning no funding is yet committed and no formal contract award is being made; the intent is to gather market information to inform future procurement decisions. Responses are due by June 29, 2026, and should be sent to the designated points of contact at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base office, with no formal pricing, CLINs, or delivery schedules being solicited at this stage.
