Please provide this office with a price and technical proposal to accomplish the activities described in the statement of work and in this solicitation no later than the closing date and time specified above. Section M states the criteria by which proposals will be evaluated, and the award will be made. This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered in the best interest of the Government. USAID intends to award a one (1) year indefinite quantity contract with four (4) option years. Tasks orders will be issued on a firm fixed price basis. The contractor must perform the services set forth in the task orders at prices consistent with Section B of the contract. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 323119. The Government estimated value of this contract is $500,000.00 for one (1) base year and four (4) option years and is subject to the availability of funds. This printing solicitation requires that all prospective vendors be geographically located within a fifty (50) mile radius of Washington, DC, in order to be a candidate for this award.
