T -- Skill Training and Ice Soldiers Posters

The contract involves the production of promotional materials for two different poster titles, each requiring a total of 76,325 smaller posters measuring 8-1/2 by 11 inches. These posters must be printed in a four-color process with a clear aqueous coating on one side. They may be either printed directly on 20 to 24 point gloss coated blanks or printed on 80-pound white #1 gloss coated text paper that is then mounted on 20 to 24 point board. Additionally, each smaller poster must have a 10-inch single wing easel attached to the back. For larger display purposes, 11,590 posters of each title, sized 24 by 36 inches, must be printed one-sided in four-color process with the same clear aqueous coating, using 100-pound white #1 gloss coated text without mounting or easels. Alongside the posters, the contract calls for printing 17,696 letters on 8-1/2 by 11 inch 20-pound white bond paper, printed one side only in black ink. One letter will be inserted into each shrink-wrapped package containing the posters. A disk with the necessary files will be provided, and proofs are required before production.
