This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2840-01-496-7479, 0045790906, Segment, STG One Nozzle. This is a configuration control item sole sourced to General Electric, (99207) Part Number- 6029T85P03, unrestricted. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Quantity: 211 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 287 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 9/5/12 with a closing date of 10/5/12. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
