TA26 Support Services_Palau

The U.S. Government, through the 921st Contracting Battalion at Wheeler Army Airfield in Hawaii, is conducting market research under the title TA26 Support Services_Palau to identify local businesses in Palau capable of supporting Tenacious Archer 2026. This initiative is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this notice; responses are intended solely for planning and analysis purposes. The Department of Defense is seeking information on the availability of supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, vessels, and support services such as base life support including portable latrines, handwash stations, solar or fuel-powered lighting, dumpsters with trash removal, air-conditioned tents, tables, chairs, and industrial fans. Additionally, the Government is inquiring about material handling capabilities like forklifts of 10K, 20K, and 30K capacity with operators, flatbed and cargo trucks, heavy-duty trucks capable of towing 8,000 lbs, and logistics coordination between airports, seaports, staging areas, and exercise sites. Vessel support requirements include a flat-deck barge or similar with crew to transport cargo and up to ten personnel in Palau waterways, with the capability to remain moored in Koror. Further needs encompass customs clearance and cargo handling at airport and seaport entry points, wash rack facilities with power washer support, specialized transportation via 44-passenger coaches and 15-passenger vans with drivers, and logistical supplies including HESCO barriers, filled sandbags with placement and cleanup, C-wire or fencing materials, lumber including 4x4s, and hazardous material removal for petroleum, oil, lubricants, fuel containers, batteries, and human waste in wag bags. Interested local vendors are encouraged to respond by providing basic business information such as legal business name, point of contact, email, phone, business address, SAM.gov registration status, and UEI number if registered. Businesses are advised to register in SAM.gov if not already enrolled, though registration does not guarantee future contract opportunities.
