Nature of Requirements:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a need to replace its current fleet of Tactical Armored Vehicles and is seeking interest from vendors who have the right level of expertise and experience to build and service these assets in Canada.
The objective of this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is to create a list of Qualified Respondents (QR) which Canada intends to use to establish solicitation(s) for a contract for the provision of TAVs (Tactical Armored Vehicles) and a Repair and Overhaul (R&O) contract for In Service Support (ISS).
This notice provides the opportunity for interested suppliers to submit their response on the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). This submission to qualify is neither a call for tender nor a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by Canada, nor as authority to potential respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada.
All enquiries and other communications related to this notice, including the feedback on the this ITQ, are to be submitted in writing to the attention of the Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Contracting Authority, using the Project’s e-mail address below:

Canada may, at its discretion, contact any respondents to follow up with additional questions or for clarification of any aspect of a response.
