This Solicitation of Offers is seeking a transportable “Tactical - Special Access Program Facility” (TAC-SAPF) solution as described herein. The National Security Exception (NSE) has been invoked for, and conditional Canadian Content Policy applies to, this opportunity. This Solicitation is only open to suppliers from Canada, US, UK and Australia. TAC-SAPF will provide secure, transportable, operational workspace for various Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) activities. The scope of work also includes engineering support during design reviews, First Article Testing, and accreditation, followed by up to ten (10) years of In-Service Support (ISS). A thorough accreditation process will be applied to the TAC-SAPF solution, and Offerors must have previous experience in designing and building similar secure, transportable systems. Schedule is a critical element of this project, and all TAC-SAPF deliverables must be completed no later than May 2027.
