SCOPE: The contractor shall provide annual Performax Web Hosted Site License and Maintenance for the current content domain hosting solution, content development, and coordination of mandatory training deployment for the Bay Pines Health Care System, which consist of C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center (CWBYVAMC) and all associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).


BACKGROUND: The VA Talent Management System (TMS) is a state-of-the-art online training and employee development system that allows current VA employees to search for and register for courses from an extensive online course catalog and track professional development through a single, integrated database. Through the DoD/VA Joint Incentive Fund (JIF) Task Order (W81XWH-09-F-0220), the VA acquired a set of 40 courses pertaining to Annual Regulatory Training topics from the Performax 3 COTS catalog.
