BACKGROUND: The VA Talent Management System (TMS) is a state-of-the-art online training and employee development system that allows current VA employees to search and register for courses from an extensive online course catalog and track professional development through a single, integrated database. Through the DoD/VA Joint Incentive Fund (JIF) Task Order (W81XWH-09-F-0220), the VA acquired a set of 40 courses pertaining to Annual Regulatory Training topics from the Performax 3 COTS catalog.
