This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 314912, size standard 500 employees. This is a lowest price technically acceptable award. The contractor shall provide the following items: CLIN 0001: Dump truck tarp (QTY: 10 EACH) - Standard Asphalt Tarp 15' MFR PRT NO: AS 150 OR EQUAL Manual wind up tarping system (QTY: 10 EACH) - MFR PRT NO: GHS 1500/ETA OR EQUAL System mounts on top of cab. Operates easily from inside cab or cab step. Pull cable releases the rachet to cover complete load.
