Full Description

This project is for the purchase of task chairs for the Operations Division in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements on the item response line.
The product offered by the Vendor must on an overall basis be equal or greater in quality or performance than the Specifications and Requirements. Broward County reserves the right to be the sole judge of what is equal and acceptable. Submittals which do not comply with Specifications and Requirements are subject to rejection.
Vendor should submit with the bid photographs, drawings, current manufacturer's catalogues, or product literature on items offered. However, this information must be submitted within three calendar days when requested by the Broward County Aviation Department - Operations Division. Literature should be clearly marked as to each item number. Failure on the part of the vendor to submit the requested literature and/or catalogues may result in their bid being declared non-responsive.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: The Contractor/Third Party Carrier shall furnish all labor, equipment, (including a Forklift), tools, supervision, transportation and any other incidentals as required to perform delivery and offloading of crates. There is no delivery dock available at this site.
Failure of the item(s)/services(s) herein to be delivered to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners on or before September 30, 2024 is cause for this contract to be considered null and void. Once goods/services are delivered, vendor must invoice immediately so the county may process payment and reduce the possibility of payment delay.
Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope (f/k/a Periscope (f/k/a Periscope (f/k/a BidSync) ) ) by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope (f/k/a Periscope (f/k/a Periscope (f/k/a BidSync).
