MASTER SR#24279363 Pre-WIB by Michiko 7/11/2024 Request to replace fire alarm control panel with components. Following information from CS One (RFI#113). There are no parts available for the defective part because the installed FACP was made in 1980 and is now 44 years old. The improvement method is as follows. ①Replace with a new FACP. ②Replacement of smoke detectors (8 pieces) and Manual station (1unit) ＊Replacement is required due to compatibility issues with the new FACP. If there are no improvements made, the fire department will only be able to dispatch based on a report from the site in the event of a fire because there will be no appear fire indications, and the fire representative signal will not be sent to RDC. The replacement cost will exceed FFP limitation. Pre-WIB 5/22/25 WIB 6/5/25 Task Order ACQ#: 6133714 ECR Target on 2025/09/16.
