Solicitation # N0038327QAA08
Solicitation NO0383-27-Q-AA08, issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia, is a requirement for the repair, testing, and inspection of the Computer, Fuel Manage (NIIN 015238319, P/N 512010-03-01). Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1 and ASTM D3951-18, with marking following MIL-STD-129. The Naval Sea Systems Command is soliciting proposals for the procurement of the next generation TB-37X Multi-Function Towed Array to replace the legacy TB-37/U. This effort includes the fabrication and qualification of the first production unit, Array Interface Unit, and Test Set, as well as the production of up to 56 arrays, associated units, and spare modules. The scope further encompasses engineering and technical services for production and post-delivery interim support, along with Provisioned Item Orders. This system is a critical component of the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Undersea Warfare Combat System Improvement Program. The solicitation is a full and open competition restricted to U.S. companies as prime contractors. Due to the sensitive nature of the performance specifications, controlled files are only released to entities with a validated security clearance and a demonstrated need to know. The proposal deadline was extended to January 31, 2019, to accommodate the issuance of updated technical documentation regarding self-noise requirements. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be eligible for award.
