TBIPS Tier 2 Professional Services for IM/IT Security Engineering and Support

This procurement is a non-recurring requirement under solicitation W6369-26DE21 issued by the Department of National Defence through the Director of Electronic Systems Procurement 3, seeking eight specialized IM/IT resources under the TBIPS Tier 2 Supply Arrangement EN578-170432/D to support the Digital Services Group in delivering an Information Management project aligned with DND/CAF missions. The services are restricted to qualified holders of the TBIPS Tier 2 arrangement in the National Capital Region and require a team comprising one C.5 PKI Specialist Level 3, two C.6 IT Security Engineers Level 2, two C.6 IT Security Engineers Level 3, and three C.7 IT Security Design Specialists Level 3. All personnel must hold SECRET and NATO SECRET clearances, and the offering organization must maintain a SECRET facility clearance and be registered for controlled goods. The project scope includes work in software applications, information management, business processes, and business transformation, with an estimated effort of 3,840 person days over a two-year contract period beginning July 2, 2026, and ending June 30, 2028.
