Technical Assistance and Compliance Oversight of MoDOT Grant Sub-Recipients

The Missouri Department of Transportation, acting through the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, is soliciting proposals under solicitation MODOT 0000000440SL for a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide technical assistance and compliance oversight for grant sub-recipients. The scope of work involves managing a diverse portfolio of sub-recipients, including 130 FTA Section 5310, 26 FTA Section 5311, 24 FTA Section 5303 regional planning agencies, and 157 State Program sub-recipients.
