The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) awarded a contract to JRC Integrated Systems, Inc. (Cage: 3QQY3) located at 1201 M Street SE Ste G40, Washington, District of Columbia 20003-3702, for the Ship Integration Branch.  Tasks to be performed include acquisition planning, cost and expenditure summaries, and business case analyses as well as participation in working groups, design-build-sustain teams, technical meetings, telecons, and video teleconferences (VTCs) required for the CMC Program.  Additionally, the contractor shall provide operator and operational knowledge and expertise for the development, maintenance and review of Arrangements, Design Disclosures, Test Procedures and Program Plans; conduct of special projects and analysis involving strategies for the Program, construction and test facilities, and for shipyard execution.  This contract also benefits a foreign military sale to the United Kingdom. 


The awarded contract contains a one (1) year base period effort for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 and includes four (4) one-year option periods for FYs 2027 through FY 2030.  The awarded contract contains Level-of-Effort (LOE) Line Items on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee basis.  Each LOE line item covers a 12 month period of performance and includes an option provision to increase the LOE up to 30 percent, in accordance with SSP terms and conditions.  The effective date for this action was 21 December 2025.
