Technical Support Services for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance associated with a new Site-Wide Environmental Assessment (SWEA)

The contract entails technical support services for initiating a new Site-Wide Environmental Assessment (SWEA) at Sandia National Laboratories, California, to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for ongoing operations and future projects.
