Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the installation of Kitsap PUD provided fiber cables and splicing for the ARPA Fiber Build Phase 4 Project using the strand and lash construction methods along PSE poles, and installation of conduit in Kitsap County, Port Gamble, WA, Kingston, WA, Seabeck, WA, Bainbridge Island, WA, Bremerton, WA, and Port Orchard, WA.
