The contract requires the provision of a modernized SIP-based telephony solution to replace the existing legacy PRI system at Building 4397, supporting 25,000 telephone numbers across designated blocks and enabling local, long-distance, and international calling with 99.99% uptime and the ability to sustain 368 concurrent calls.
