Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by responders to this technical description is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government's minimum requirements.

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially any qualified Small Businesses capable of providing the requirements with the attached draft description of requirements (DOR).
All Small Businesses are encouraged to respond regardless of socioeconomic status.
