Tell City Ranger District Custodial

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation AG-52B1-S-15-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for providing custodial services for the Tell City Ranger District Offices, Hoosier National Forest, Tell City, IN. Contractor shall provide custodial services three times a week between 4:30p.m. and midnight. Approximate square footage of all building is 6,540sf. The government will provide paper products and hand soap. Contractor will provide all equipment and cleaning products (all cleaning products must be bio or green products). This acquisition is set-aside for Woman Owned small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5mil. Contract will begin approximately January 21, 2015. Quotes are due by mail or email by November 19, 2014 at 11:00am e.s.t. BASIS FOR AWARD: This is a performance based service contract. Quotes will be evaluated based on their submitted performance plan, past performance and price. One Base contract with Four Option Years is anticipated. Contractors must offer on the Base and all Options to be considered. No pre-quote meeting is scheduled, but contractors are encouraged to contact Nancy Myers at 812-547-9241 to arrange a tour of the buildings. Service Contract Act wage determination is applicable. Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in SAMS (www.sams.gov) to be considered. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes. Offerors shall provide both pricing and technical information. The information you provide on the Experience Questionnaire, past performance, and your performance plan when combined, is equal to price or cost.
