NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT This requirement is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the Department of National Defence for the procurement of Temperature Controlled Air Cargo Containers in accordance with Annex – Purchase Description. This requirement will be for the period from the effective date of the Standing Offer for up to three (3) years, with the option to extend the offer for an additional two (2) periods of one (1) year. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada GSIN: V200
