Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Format on FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is RFP 2104126018 and is issued as an RFP, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334210 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit and negotiate with OMNI Business Systems -FaxPlus, Inc., 1011 Arlington Blvd., Suite 375, Arlington, VA 22009 for a quantity of 100 each of the Model L3 6200-TSF, Communications secure fax machines, Tempest Certified, including STE interface cable and initial supplies. The facsimile machines shall be for FBI facilities located throughout the United States and its territories. The facsimile machines shall be new, tested and approved by the Department of Defense Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). The L3 Communciation, Model -6200TSF equipment is to be equipped as directed by MILSTD 188-161D with the necessary interfaces for STE and STU-III phones. The attached statement of work includes FAR clauses and Special security requirements for this acquisition. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. All other concern parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement prior to the close of this publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
