Temporary Employment Services for Neighborhood Clean-Up

The City of Yuma is soliciting bids under RFB-27-122 for temporary employment services to support its annual Neighborhood Clean-Up activities. The selected provider will furnish a pre-screened and pre-qualified crew of four laborers, with an option for up to seven, on an as-needed basis from January through May 1st of each year. The provider must maintain comprehensive insurance, including General Liability, Auto, and Workers' Compensation, naming the City and its employees as additional insured. Performance will be monitored by the Public Works Solid Waste Manager, who is authorized to inspect equipment, verify the use of required personal protective equipment, and reject any personnel referrals based on credentials or skills. Payments are typically processed within 30 days via ACH, provided that invoices include the contract number and detailed service descriptions.
