The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development has many sites around the NCR, and many clients teleworking remotely from Ottawa, and around the globe. SIS assists clients with remote access to the network, software coaching/installation/troubleshooting, video conference boardroom coaching, computer hardware assistance (new, cyclically replaced, troubleshooting, warranty work), smartphone assistance (new, some apps, hardware issues) and MS365.
