Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Electrical: install an additional exhaust fan in the master bath, fix and repair any damage due to installation.
Painting: remove and clean all mildew in master bath, repair any damage due to removal, paint bathroom with killz before painting to match
Drywall: repair all existing drywall, ceiling, and walls, in guest bathroom, install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint to match new or existing finish.
Cabinets: remove and replace guest bathroom vanity with new vanity and bathroom sink, faucet and fixtures. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install all trim required for proper fit and finish.
Plumbing: fix guest bathroom shower head leak to prevent any further damage to surrounding area, install new plumbing fixtures supply lines and drain lines to vanity sink
