THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is a notice of intent to sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one sources reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Program Executive Officer, Land Systems (PEO LS) Marine Corps Air Command & Control and Sensor Netting (AC2SN) intends to negotiate a purchase order contract on a sole-source basis with Ternion Corporation, 2223 Drake Avenue, Huntsville, AL 35805. This effort is expected to be awarded on 29 September 2019 with a four month period of performance. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a single source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b).
