Solicitation # W5J9CQ27RA001
The U.S. Army Geospatial Center (AGC), under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, intends to award an unrestricted Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the High-Resolution Three-Dimensional Geospatial Information Operations and Technology Integration program. The scope of work includes aerial flight operations, multi-INT sensor integration, automated data processing, and scalable storage and dissemination across both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor will utilize a variety of platforms, including BuckEye I and BE III manned aircraft, higher-altitude platforms, and Unmanned Aerial Systems, deploying technologies such as topographic and bathymetric LiDAR, Synthetic Aperture Radar, Hyperspectral Imaging, and commercial satellite imagery. The anticipated contract is structured with a ten-year ordering period, consisting of a five-year base period and five one-year option periods, with a projected start date of September 29, 2027. Task orders may be issued as Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Cost-Reimbursement, or hybrid CLINs.
