Terrain Awarness Warning System

The United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), C-130J Division, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio intends to solicit and negotiate with Honeywell International Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1 to provide a Terrain Avoidance Warning System(TAWS) database utilizing a MIL-STD-801E and DO-160E qualified C 130 certified 16 GB compact Flash Card that shall provide voidless worldwide coverage; below zero (0) MSL coverage while integrating a Digital Vertical Obstruction File (DVOF). The C-130J office plans to award first quater of 2019. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services within the response date of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
