Irving Independent School District is requesting information from Approved Firms to provide TEST & BALANCE AND/OR COMMISSIONING SERVICES (On Call Services) related to new construction projects, facility renovation projects, recommissioning of existing systems, or facility system assessments. ADDENDUM 1- The purpose of this addendum is to provide additional information and forms that will become part of any award and/or contract. (see ATTACHMENT TAB). The deadline for submittal of responses remains unchanged.
Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request bidders submit their response electronically. Please feel free to contact the Irving ISD Purchasing Office at +1 (555) 000-0000 if you require any assistance with this submittal. When filing this bid electronically, please do not send us a paper copy, as the electronic version will prevail. NO emailed or Faxed bids will be accepted. Your cooperation is appreciated.
