This is Amendment 0001 to RFQ W912PF26QA041 "Tests and Inspections on Fire Extinguishers, Fire Rated Doors and Panic Hardware at DMC.


The purpose of this Amendment is to:
- extend the Quotes' due-in date to 15 July 2026, at 3 pm;
- add Attachment 8 "Designated Countries List";
- add Attachment 9 "Questions and Answers";
- Modify FAR Provision 52.212-2, at paragraph (a);
- Modify FAR Clause 52.217-9, at paragraph (c);
- Modify the List of Attachments to insert Attachment 8 and Attachment 9;
- Modify Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 to change the due-in date;
- Modify Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-2 to delete the reference to FAR 13.5.


Offerors are required to provide a copy  of this amendment, duly filled in at blocks 8, 15A, 15B and 15C, along with their quote. The Conformed copy of the solicitation has also to be provided, as well as all the documents requested for technical evaluation and reponsibility determination. The due-in date is 15 July, at 3.00 PM.
