The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing calibration and repair services for the Precision Pressure Standard, Model 3689A Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), in support of naval operations. Services are to be performed exclusively at the vendor’s facility, with the base performance period running from June 24, 2026, to June 23, 2027, and two optional one-year continuation periods extending through June 23, 2029.
