This contract covers the procurement of test strips designed to measure chlorine, bromine, pH, and total alkalinity in swimming pool water. The packaging must also meet specific guidelines to ensure safe delivery under the best shipping rates, including sealed unit containers and suitable exterior shipping cartons. The test strips must have a shelf life of 18 months, with delivery occurring no more than three months after the manufacturing date. Labels on all units must include the National Stock Number (NSN 6640-01-502-1866), manufacturer and CAGE codes, dates of manufacture and expiration or retest, as well as contract and lot numbers.
