Test Support Equipment Control and Monitoring Systems (TSECMS)

The potential future contract, if one is issued, would be a five-year award with one base year and four option years, requiring on-site personnel for maintenance and upgrades of Siemens Control Systems at designated buildings on base, monthly labor hour and expenditure reporting via the ECMRA portal, adherence to strict U.S. citizenship and security clearance protocols, including Common Access Card issuance, and full compliance with Department of the Air Force safety, environmental, and conduct standards.
