Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program (TxVEMP)

The Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program (TxVEMP), administered by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), provides grant funding to eligible applicants for the replacement or repowering of older diesel vehicles and equipment with new, all-electric models to reduce emissions in designated priority areas across Texas.
