Full Description

The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting, intends to modify contract W91247-08-P-0066, on a sole source basis with Mid-East Services to provide Collection and Disposal of Refuse services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina f or a less than two (2) month performance period extension only, 9 April 2008 through 31 May 2008. This requirement requires the contractor to furnish all labor and equipment to perform all operations for the collection, transportation, recycling, and disp osal of all refuse in troop areas at Fort Bragg, NC and select other locations. Award of this two (2) month requirement will be made under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. A determination by the Government not to compete th is requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
