The Work includes hazardous materials assessment and abatement, permits, utility disconnection verification, full structural demolition, removal of foundations, slabs, asphalt, below-ground pipes and infrastructure, debris removal, engineered backfill, compaction testing, final grading, sod installation, fencing, and all related environmental protection and safety requirements necessary to deliver a clean, stable, redevelopment-ready site. The successful proponent will enter into a CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract, including Supplementary General Conditions and all referenced procurement documents. Technical submissions and pricing submissions are required in accordance with the solicitation documents.
