The City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation (“HomeEd”), invites proposals from qualified General Contractors (the “Proponent”) to complete the Lymburn Housing and Associated Sitework located in Edmonton, Alberta. The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to retain a General Contractor team to construct 22 multi-unit townhomes building including on site and off site associated sitework as described in the Contract Documents included with this RFP.
