The Bureau of the Fiscal Services on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) intends to award to Accuity, Inc on a sole source basis for The Global Banking Resource and Banker's Almanac - Internet Subscription Renewal. The Global Banking Resource is a comprehensive, global database of financial institutions, including contacts, correspondents, subsidiaries, affiliates, financial and payment information and much more. FINCEN relies on The Global Banking Resource to provide the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date financial institution data and routing information available. Accuity is the sole proprietor of The Global Banking Resource and Accuity does not have authorized resellers to resell their subscriptions services or products and cannot be provided by any other source. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe that they can provide FINCEN the same product as provided by Accuity Inc. Responses shall be received no later than 10:00 AM ET on November 25, 2014. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the service. Offerors shall confirm that its service has and/or meets all of the components listed above. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than Friday, 10:00am ET, November 25, 2014. Responses shall be submitted to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attention MGardner -VMiracle. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
