Good Samaritan (GSS/GSC/DSDV) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified service providers for a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service. The successful Vendor will replace the security detection and response solution currently in use across the organization and will deliver a fully managed, 24x7x365 detection, investigation, and response capability covering Good Samaritan endpoints, servers, network, identity, cloud, and mobile estate. The proposed solution must include all components, software, hardware, licensing, professional services, and managed services required to transition Good Samaritan from the incumbent solution to the new solution, and to operate it thereafter.
