Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, potentially eligible for the National Register within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abased. Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area near Madison, WI (see attached map): Northern and Southern boundaries are the Dane and Jefferson county lines; The Eastern boundary is Hwy 67; The Western boundary is the capitol building (Hwy 14, 113, I) Expressions of Interest should include the following: - 1.
