REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Burlington County, Columbus, New Jersey. The Government is interested in leasing approximately, 6,380 to 6,600 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 44, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,800 usable square feet (USF). The space must be available for occupancy on or before September 30, 2012. USDA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. USDA will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location.
