Site E: Must be exclusive use, covered, weatherproof, and securable, with 24 hour access. Must have utilities, electrical, restrooms. All space must be capable of being fully secured. Additional requirements will apply as determined by the Government to be included in Request For Lease Proposals (RLP). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government will not consider space in the 100 year flood plain unless there is no practicable alternative.
