The EMD maximum weight of 9 lbs. (37 lbs. with transit cases and ancillary equipment) and meet DoD Human Engineering Design Criteria Standards (MIL-STD-1472F). Comply with equipment ruggedization standards according to General Specification for Test Equipment for Use with Electrical and Electronic Equipment (MIL-PRF-28800F), and as tested in accordance with DoD Environmental Engineering Considerations (MIL-STD-810G) tests for altitude, low and high temperature, rain, humidity, salt, fog, sand and dust, vibration, and shock for arctic, jungle, and desert environments. Comply with General Specification for Test Equipment for Use with Electrical and Electronic Equipment (MIL-PRF-28800F). Operate with and include internal batteries that can operate at upper industry standards for long-lasting battery life for a minimum of 6 hours. Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
