Full Description

The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications: The Bidder shall have three (3) consecutive years of recent experience (within the past ten years) providing the sale of unclaimed securities. The Bidder shall have experience with sales of unclaimed securities at a minimum of $1,000,000 per year. The Bidder shall provide with its Bid "Attachment L Reference Checks" with one or more references filled out.

The Bidder shall be a current member of all principal stock exchanges: New York, American, NASDAQ, and OTC. Required Documentation: As proof of meeting this requirement, the Bidder shall provide with its Bid documentation of current membership of all principal stock exchanges.

The Bidder shall be a current participant in the Depository Trust Company (DTC). Required Documentation: As proof of meeting this requirement, the Bidder shall provide with its Bid documentation of current participation in the DTC.
