The Towers, LLC is proposing to construct an unmanned wireless communications facility on a 36.66-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Richvale Highway and Colony Road in Butte County, California, near Richvale, with the specific installation area comprising a 50' x 50' fenced lease site. The project includes a 100-foot monopole with twelve 8-foot antennas, one 6-foot microwave dish, twelve remote radio units, two ground-mounted radio cabinets on a reinforced concrete pad, a 30 kW diesel backup generator on a 38' x 7'6" concrete pad, and a 128-gallon fuel storage tank. The site will be accessed via a 12-foot-wide gravel driveway and secured by a 6-foot chain-link fence with a 12-foot access gate.
