**** DUE TO SYSTEMS ISSUES, THE RFP CANNOT BE POSTED TO DIBBS AS STATED IN THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS. THEREFORE, THE BUYER IS ISSUING A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR THIS ITEM. DETAILS AND ATTACHMENTS FOLLOW. **** DLA Aviation, intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for services and supplies required for a Thermal Spray Cell for use at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. The work will include installation, testing and training. The anticipated completion date of the project is August 2012.
