THERMOCOUPLE T48

The City of Austin is soliciting quotes for the procurement of a Thermocouple T48 for use with LM6000 Gas Turbines under solicitation number IFQ 1100 BAS1097. The award will be granted to the lowest offer that meets all minimum qualifications and technical specifications. Evaluation may be based on individual line items, categories, or the aggregate price. Offerors providing products not specifically referenced in the solicitation must submit descriptive literature and material specifications to avoid rejection. If hazardous materials are involved, Safety Data Sheets and detailed handling and disposal instructions must be provided with the offer and included with every shipment. The contract requires all goods to be delivered on an FOB Destination basis, with title and risk of loss transferring to the City upon acceptance. Payments are processed within thirty days of invoice submission to the authorized contact. Contractors must adhere to strict administrative and legal requirements, including certifying they have not been adjudicated for wage theft within five years and ensuring they are not debarred from federal procurement. Additionally, awarded contractors must complete the City of Austin Wage Theft Training within 30 days, provide non-discrimination and non-retaliation policies on company letterhead, and comply with ADA and equal employment opportunity standards. Packaging must be clearly marked with the City's name, address, contents, and the applicable contract number.
