The item must be delivered in a single shipment of two units with no variance allowed in quantity, and delivery is required within 174 days from the contract award date, with an original target delivery date of July 22, 2026. Delivery is FOB origin, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with all labeling and marking adhering strictly to DLA packaging standards, and palletization must follow RP001 guidelines. The DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements governs all technical, quality, and verification stipulations, overriding any conflicting standards. Sampling must conform to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances permitted unless otherwise specified, and critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II respectively. The item is subject to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 Self-Assessment and must be physically identified per RQ017. All supplies must be delivered to the designated DLA distribution center, and transportation logistics follow DLAD procedural notes C19 and C20.
